We test and virtually any digital hybrid circuit board no matter what the component configuration. We could even test many boards previously considered to be un-testable. Mintech main procedure includes the ability to cycle count through test vectors up to 10 MHz the program rate. Our program at 10 MHz ensures rapid execution at the most complex automatic test sequences for all present and unforeseen components. In addition our abilities under this testing capability also includes 250,000 test vectors for single pass testing of the latest VLSI, PQFP, SMT, Through-hole, BGA and most all flashed and windowed reprogrammable components.
The integrated Analog Test Pack offers perfect performance for component, cluster or edge card testing of analog and hybrid based boards. Our dynamic programmable drivers can now be used in conjunction with analog stimulus and response measurements. In-circuit powered-up testing of devices in logic analyzer mode is complemented by "TrakTest" for checking track community between devices together with impedance testing Op Amps, DAC's, ADC's and Voltage to Frequency conversion, can all be checked thanks to the hardware and software integration with in the in-circuit test pack capabilities. Individual passive components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and crystals can be measured with accuracy and graded in or out of circuit and incorporated into the test flow as standardized procedures.
