Continuous Commitment To Quality Improvements
Corporate History

In 1998 Mintech provided telecommunication software/hardware contractors for research and development on wireline and wireless equipment. We brought the new technology to the field by providing manufactures contractors to deploy CDMA/GSM digital networks in the United States. In 2001 we became the primary vendor for Nortel China providing manufacture Subject Matter Experts (SME) to manage new network deployments.

After 9/11(2001) Mintech experienced decrease demand in providing manufacture expiates and an increase demand expanding the network life cycle. We provided refurbished Equipment, Furnishing and Installation (EF&I) and support for end-users in USA, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Venezuela, Burma, Malaysia, Moscow, Ecuador, Guatemala, Turkey, Mexico, St. Martin, Argentina, Bolivia and other less developed countries.

In 2003 we provided network performance and revenue recovery at the switch for Nortel Networks, Lucent and Ericsson for rural operators in the United States. We complimented equipment distributors by enabling end-users to obtain cost effective legacy equipment and maintain brand loyalty. We expanded the product life cycle and enabled rural operators to increase their revenues to gracefully migrate their networks.

In 2004 the secondary market began to decrease with the entrance of IP technology on switches and cell sites. There was an abundant amount of legacy equipment and distributors which increased the need for board repair services. Mintech began providing contract services again for board level repair services for equipment distributors.

In 2005 Mintech Repair formed to meet the industry demand for quality board repair services. We selected the best engineers and technicians from our resources, who helped design, evolve and optimize board performance in the telecommunication industry. Our engineers have 20 to 30 years board level experience working at the schematic level with knowledge on how the system works. We have the resources to expand and meet the demands of the industry.

In 2006 Mintech Repair expanded into a 6000 square foot repair facility and provides an on-line asset management system to provide customers real-time inventory tracking and board performance reports. The laboratory is being designed to provide B1 (laser pump, resistors and fiber connects for testing/repair), B2 (circuit connection between end points and data transmitted between points to enable a card to traverse multiple spans to complete the circuit) and B3 (true testing between the card by transmitting audible or decipherable data along a physical medium to communicate voice or data to the client).

Mintech Repair is currently ISO 9001:2000 Certified, and working to obtain a TL9000 Certification. We provide board level repair from the schematic to system test level on wireline, wireless, voice, data and optical equipment. We have the expertise to determine your unique requirements, as well as the engineers, resources and relationships to ensure they are met - quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively.
